We specialize in inns, hotels, resorts, motels and bed and breaklfasts (B & B's). We owned and operated a country inn resort for eleven years and sold it. We work directly with property owners (FSBO Listings) and also with Realtors who are outstanding in their ability to market hospitality properties. We will advertise your Inn, Bed and Breakfast, Hotels, Motels, Cottages or any other hospitality property on our web site. We'll promote the property using proven methods that have help sell others properties.
Hospitality Property Marketing FEES: *
• Set Up Fee: $50.00 *
• Monthly Promotional Fee - $15.00 (paid quarterly in advance) *
• Marketing Fee: In cases where we refer the buyer to you, for properties that sell for under $700,000, our marketing fee is the lesser of 1.5% of the final sale price or seven thousand dollars. For properties that sell for $700,000.01 or higher, our marketing fee is 1% of the final sale price. (If we do not refer the buyer, there is no “marketing fee” obligation).
• All set-up fees and promotional fees are non-refundable, but they will be deducted from the marketing fee due Webconsuls if and when your property is purchased by a buyer we have referred to you.

We are Internet marketing experts. We only list sites that we can market intensively. We are not a clearinghouse for hundreds of listings, but marketers who will work hard so that potential buyers can find the web site.
We will adopt an existing "For Sale" web site to our program or build a new "For Sale" web site using images and text you are to provide. To advertise with us you will need to complete and sign our standard contract and template. The template is used to help us develop the web page and to advertise the site.
